Free Recycling

Our delivery team will take away and send for recycling your old electrical product free of charge upon delivery of your replacement item.

What do I need to do to ensure my old appliances are ready for you to take away?

We are able to disconnect most items from cookers to washing machines. We are unable to disconnect gas cookers these items can only be disconnected by Gas Safe Registered approved engineers.

If you have purchased a laundry product we will not be able to disconnect the old one if it is hard wired into a fused spur, tap connections are seized up or it is unable to be moved or in moving, damage could occur to the floor covering.

Our delivery team does require suitable passage way into the property to prevent damage or injury.

Deliveries are available between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday On most large appliances. We are unable to deliver items under £100 in value.

We are able to deliver in a 25 mile radius of our premises located on Exchange St, Attleborough.

Freestanding Electric Cooking Installation

What we can do...

- Disconnect the existing appliance.

- Evaluate the existing connections.

- Un-box and check the new product.

- Test the appliance and demonstrate the basic functions.

What we can't do...

- Disconnect an existing gas cooker, which requires a Gas Safe Registered engineer.

- Connect the appliance if it puts the installer or customer at risk.

- Connect the appliance if it doesn't meet the correct safety guidelines.

Laundry & Dishwashing Installation

This installation is available to customers who have bought a laundry or dishwashing appliance.

What we can do...

- Disconnect the existing appliance.

- Evaluate the plumbing.

- Un-box and check the new product.

- Remove transit bolts.

- Connect to existing plumbing and electrical sockets plus level the appliance.

- Test the appliance to make sure there are no leaks.

 

What we can't do...

- Plumb two waste pipes into one.

- Make any alterations to existing plumbing or electrical connections.

- We can only install to existing connections.

Integrated Appliances

What we can do...

- Disconnect the existing appliance

- Remove the plinths / panel door of your old appliance.

- Un-box and check the new product.

- Connect the new appliance to existing pipe work and electricity socket

- Locate neatly in the space.

- Test the appliance to make sure there are no leaks.

 

What we can't do...

- Remove the existing panel door if it is not in a suitable condition to be reattached.

- Connect an appliance if the space is unsuitable.

- Connect the appliance if there is not sufficient access for ventilation tubes (tumble dryers).

- Make any alterations to existing cabinets.

- Remove the plinths / panel door of your old appliance.

- Make any alterations to existing connections.

Flat Panel TV to Stand Installation

What we can do...

- Un-box and check the new product.

- Connect the TV to other equipment already installed.

- Auto tune in and set up.

- Give a brief demonstration on how to use the TV.
